Unfortunately it is impossible to change a line once it is added, you also don't get dive unless they are under water- but a beach achievement will likely be made up when lud has the time ^^

Yeah- it's stated in the line journal itself, once line is chosen it is impossible to change to something else, so choose when you know you want it.
Yee kalayo can be in water - volcano's are surrounded by water, if they couldnt they wouldnt be able to meet or really breed with other cuzzik unless they showed up on the island xD
They just can't be in the Arctic or probably even the taiga for that matter.

Like I personally would likely never buy a cuzzik with the exploring line unless it already had a bit of exploring exp, even then it'd have to be a simple design
Yep ! If you do a nice background that counts for the distance of exploring but also is hunting then you can do both ~
