The original drawing that I drew to use for the coloured version.

*FUN FACT* This drawing was 1) Going to be black and white in the first place 2) Was just practice for using Photoshop and 3) Not only going to be black and white, but was actually part of another comedic toon I was doing.

The whole reason why his arm is out in this pic is because he was trying to hit on Rose Tyler in front of the Tenth Doctor, but I loved the drawing itself so much, I decided to (literally) tear it off the page, scan it, and make the first coloured version of my characters from the "Doctor Toon" world.
