Description
An updated version of Sailor Pluto.
When I drew her previously I'd only just started out drawing MLPs, so there was loads wrong with her design, etc. 
I've updated her symbols to flow better with, not only the other Sailor Ponies, but also as a design in general.Enjoy my lovelies!
