Great concept! Personally, I adore these types of images. Very cute and adorable... one of those images that makes the viewer simply say "gawh". The simplicity of the image, and your ability to catch the attention of shiny-things-lovers, makes the image very appealing. The tiny glitter heart is a very nice touch, as well!
However, there's one thing that's really making me itch, and that's the border. I think that for these types of images, a border is essential, but so is border color. I would recommend sticking with either a pure black or white border (in this case white), instead of coloring your border. It draws attention away from the image since it's not a purely neutral color, and gives the photo too much of a glossy look.
