It is adapted for environments with little to no light- light from Tapetum Lucidum is reflected and amplified so strongly Bane's eyes seem to shine on their own, feelers are not only fully exposed but multiplied, not to mention echolocation. Colors are darker and skin seems to glitter slightly in places, maybe to break up Bane's silhouette.

I didn't talk about Bane's character in the "form A" post, because it was really long even without that. So, let's talk now:

Bane is a prideful creature, his mannerisms are similar to those of a cat. He likes to toy with and outsmart his prey, often he let's his human side to take hold just so he can observe the people around him, learning how they talk to mimic their voices later, for luring purposes.
He doesn't know better than to listen to his instincts.

Jesse, on the other hand, is a sweetheart. Has a knack for cooking and art...
He never should have come to Phi, he's just a soft townie, not a mercenary, if only he didn't go to such lenghts to find out what happened...
Now everything is different.

Animal: moths, specifically sphinx moths, and deep sea life, from jellyfish to anglers. Both have a mysterious aura about them.
Moths also symbolise change and sphinx moths are the fastest fliers among lepidoptera, second fastest among insects overall.

Color: positive/calm/numbness - blue #1034A6 - sometimes things turn blue when Jesse experiences visions or halucinations, if it's a "bad trip" negative color starts to slowly seep in and drowns out the blue.
negative/stress/hypersense - magenta #FF0090
