hahahaa~~ XD currently watching Slamdunk rite now and this anime really brings back my sweet memories at da past...I miss Sendoh, Rukawa, sakuragi, Mitsui, Hanagata and Fujima so much!!>o<

I'm buying the original manga now that is being published officially in my country
It's a great manga, but I can't really say 
My favourite char is Hisashi Mitsui. But also Yohei Mito is one of my favs, he looks like Urameshi Yusuke of Yuyu Hakusho

what~O.o? now u can read the comic? XD I read slamdunk when I'm 12years old... 1996 if I can recall...XD Rukawa kaede is my inspiration to draw males at that time! XD

Yeah, we don't have true dedicated editors here until 1999 or so, and they take their risks with Slam Dunk 'cause the tv series was aired since 2001 here on my country... The fact was that our current money lost its value against the USdollars and it was risky for the costs of inks and papers to sell a comic that wasn't that famous around here... But the translator of the manga was a big fan so they put a major bet on the comic and it is selling pretty good even if the tankoubons are a bit expensive... Now it's about the 19 or 20 tankoubon, and they're chapters that the tv didn't air around here, so it's very exciting... I once said that I like manga than anime
