That looks really fantastic. Seems you have quite the knack for photography as well. Composition, colour, lighting, etc. all are top notch. It could seriously be in some sort of... sushi magazine thingy? Or maybe just a cuisine magazine would make more sense.
Sushi also looks scrumptious, it's also really fun to make as well, unless of course you have to actually make it look pretty. Gosh dangit I love me some sushi.

ok now im a sushi chef in southern california and i got to say after eating at some 200 sushi bars around the world including makoto city in sydney and i got to say the presentation and art aspect and composure is excellenttttt

oh... yeah, been working at a sushi shop for... 7 months??? Anyway, not sick of sushi yet, though I haven't eaten it quite like you have.
I am however, moving onto a bakery/cafe. I can make coffee.
