As I introducing Xatic's Power Level I edited Xatic into V4.So this is my power level,he's strong as Semi-True Hyper Sonic.You know why?
Because he is the "MythicalHog" he is so strong and powerful.He is also 9999x times faster than sonic.He is the most fastest,strongest and
most powerful hedgehog.He can beat Sonic's Negative Side without transforming into a "Super Form".He comes from peace.Remember
the Xatic V4 I made is NOT a super form or something it's just a normal state.So here are the rules.

1.No Recolouring
2.No Steal
3.Give Credit If Used (If want to make a sheet of me)
4.Don't recolour my boy Xatic!
5.Enjoy.
