Kids Next Door is Tom Warburton's.

Father in the Negative (parallel universe) world is an affably hysterical sadsack dork with a fearless fashion sense (but no elite pretenses like Father) who lives with his five beach bum children in a messy trailer. He's appalled at the unfreedom of kids and how his fellow adults make them work for them. He calls the Positive world the world "where kids are free". He has no evil form and so he can only cry, run and hide when trouble comes. Daddy's an adorable character. <3

The big difference between Daddy and Benedict is that Benedict is still evil. Daddy is unequivocally good. He does show some derision towards his fellow adults, but isn't sarcastic and irritable like Benedict.
