Okay so feel free to ignore this if it's annoying BUT I have been noticing people who have adopt accounts have been making pony adopts similar to my closed species :I
All my current pony species are a closed type and must not be copied in any way, traced, or heavily referenced, of I will consider you are stealing my designs.
I recently came across a copied porcelain pony adopt, but she removed it
Now I have seen a sushi pony...come on people...stop copying my species...it took me forever to perfect them to be original...

You can't claim a pony species as your own. There are probably hundreds of of people who drew things that looked like your living pony things without even seeing them. If someone has never seen your art before, then they didn't copy it. That's like saying that nobody can draw an Eevee wearing a purple scarf because you called it as your own. You didn't create MLP, so you can't copyright a pony species as your own, you can only copyright your art. That's like me claiming that nobody else whose a Hetalia fan can create a Coral Sea Island OC because I made one.

Sorry these are ALL themes. You shouldn't make them CLOSED species seeing as people have had them before you made them into a species. They're not even original. I have a pony that looks EXACTLY like your living doll pony. Hell there's a damn fan fic on doll ponies that have that description.Β

hey hun although you are a nice person alot of your species are heavily based on themes and as such people are likely to make adopts....I myself have my own stitched up pony whom I have had for years she was one of my first every pony OCs.Β

I was just trying to created a unique species of my own so i tend to be really bitchy when i see similar adopts to the species i created.

hmmn yeah it is hard to make species the problem I see alot of people fall into is using a theme to make a species. my suggestion is instead of doing that you may want to take a bit of a look at Biology and evolution and while making species think about where they live and how they would evolve from there base form (a pony in this case) because of the terrain in which they live.Β

hmmmn....well might I suggest Β maybe instead of making the theme the think for them instead giving them some Kirin esque speices traits like say the kirin whiskers or cloven hooves and then adding in the Themes to them as a thing....or even maybe going with some other japanese/chinese mythological creature. there are quite a few to choose from if you do a bit of research ^^

what i would do is make them kinda like a mythical creature who takes on the traits of food (normally sushi since they have a japanese heritage) like kinda....good luck charms so to speak. tho your gonna have to be carefull since it may still be a tad like the Sushi dogs. so you will have to find something to really set them apart look into the myths surrounding the kirin you might be able to find something.Β

hmmn truthfully they are not the first procelain themed pony race i have seen. a good rule is "one trait does not make a speices" its a collection of traits that work together.Β

well what i did for them is give them different types of glass, normal clear glass, porcelain glass, stained glass, and blue china type too

well they have a princess/guardian who watches over them. They are frail creatures so they live kinda farm from like a cluster like city. They moved to Ponyville, they try to act like normal ponies, except they dont eat, have no organs, never get tired. BUT they are extremely frail so they tend to stay away from large objects that could break them

But you can't claim ponies like that, many people already have characters like that before you even thought up the idea of making an original species. Β Especially the doll/porcelain and the sushi ponies. Β So really it isn't fair to claim them ://
