A truly blessed item, anyone who hears the ringing of this bell will instantly feel slightly more hopeful and at ease. The listener's attention is turned towards to the one who rings the bell, making them instinctively trust the item's user. However, this effect lasts only 2 minutes and can be used only once a day for each individual - otherwise there is no effect. It can't be effectively used to deceive anyone, and as such its only function is to make people feel better.

A child of unknown origins, they joined the local choir at a young age and have been singing ever since. With the bell they seem to have inherited from whoever their parents were, this winged youth rings the bell before their performances to fill people with hope they wish to further strengthen with their heavenly voice.

However, they can't help but wonder if people love their music because they truly are moved by it, or if it's simply because of the bell's effect. Regardless, the youth only wants people to feel happy and hopeful.
