Hi there!
Sure I can give you a gist of how I do my doujinshi pages
Tools: Photoshop CS5, Wacom Bamboo Tablet
Process: sketch on paper first > scan it > line-art > colour
Manga tones:
If you're wondering how I got the tones, I bought a manga toning tutorial book and it came with a CD with the manga tones. But you can also buy a program called manga studio (I don't have that but I'm planning on getting it soon). This program is really good for manga making ^^
Drawings:
As for the drawing, if you're a beginner, you can look up tutorials online. I highly recommend you search up videos of other artists to get a feeling how they do their art work. Books are GOOD references too! Look for how to draw manga books at your local library or book store ~! To avoid any awkward anatomy, definitely look up some reference images of male and female bodies
Backgrounds: (ugh, something I really have trouble with ;_; )
As for backgrounds you can, of course, sketch it out yourself but if you have trouble drawing buildings, you can use a 3D program called Sketch up to help you out
Those are some tips I can give you
I'm still a learner myself so there isn't much I can give you

the problem is that naruhina is like sasusaku: one sided love. this is why it is possible to love narusaku and sasuhina.
naruto and sakura have a strong relationship that can turn to something more.
sasuke never love sakura; may be with friendship intent but not for love purpose. then sasuke and hinata can MEET if sasuke comeback; cause hinata is a close friend of naruto. they can gradually know each other and eventually fall in love; because naruhina and sasusaku have their chance and lost it.
well i can not find someone who can tell me that this is not logic.
