This is a lovely piece! Would I be allowed to convert the mesh to a format usable in MMD? (And maybe to distribute in that format or no?) I'm terrible with xps >.< ā„ā„

this cloth clearly has an influence from the traditional korean costume and we call it modified hanbok.

You can load it normally into XPS but if you want it on a character you need to modify it in Blender.
I will cover this in tutorials soon.
