Chapter 3

  As the bird landed Deidara started to think twice about what he was about to do. For there was just something about her. Something that made him say the stupidest things around her, made him want to show off for her, and not to let her. Wanting her near him all the time. But as he watched her sleep he felt his heart tear in two. For he knew what he had to do to make her happy again, to make her smile, and to just bring happiness back into her life once more. He had to let her go….
Picking her up gently as to not wake her he carried her to her old room…in Konoha. As he laid her down on the bed and covered her up he whispered ever so gently in her ear “goodbye.” And as he was about to jump out the window he laid a note beside her on the nightstand and a trace of what looked like a tear rolled down his cheek as he jumped down below into the, now, rising sun and flew off. Looking back all the while. Even when Konoha was no longer in view, he still stared in the same direction. Thoughts running through his head ‘would they except her back’ ‘maybe I made a mistake’ and other thoughts that kept infiltrating his head and all the while his heart ached for her, longed for her to be near him again. But he wouldn’t go back. He promised himself he wouldn’t, yet still the ache and pain was there in his heart and at that moment and hours that went by he wished he didn’t have a heart, he wished he didn’t have to feel this pain.

   Morning time in Konoha

  Viv stretched her arms and spoke without opening her eyes, “Dei-sensei did we arrive yet?” When there was no answer she opened her eyes.
  “Dei-sensei?” she looked around her surroundings and noticed automatically where she was. “No! Dei-sensei!” she yelled at the top of her lungs. “Why…why did you do this….?” She whispered in a confused voice.
Then she noticed a thin piece of paper on the nightstand next to her. Looking at it she automatically knew it was from Deidara. Grabbing it she read what it said:

    Dear Vivi,
  I’m regretful for what I did to you. I never should have taken you away from
the people you love. Please exonerate me someday for what I did.
                                                                Love,
                                                                   Deidara

   P.S. I hope all works out for you
and since I never got a speculate to
tell you in person…I just wanted to say
I rapture you and always will...conscientiously
and I was a frivolous person to ever think that
I could transform the way you felt about me.

In tears she softly whispered in sobs, “Your so foolish Dei-sensei…” and started to trail off as his name came rolling off her tongue making the tears start to really come down. And as she closed her eyes and cried, she heard a noise coming from outside.

    Lee’s point of view

“Huh, what is that noise?” Lee asked himself as he walked into the yard. “This is Viv’s house,” then he looked down at the ground sadly, “or was I should say.”
“Woh!” Lee said as he stumbled upon a can laying around in the yard.

    Viv’s point of view

“Wh-Who’s there?” Viv stumbled a little startled.
“Viv-chan…is that, is that you?” Lee asked opening up the door and walking in.
Viv jumped up from her bed and ran out of her room.
“LEE –KUN!!! She yelled in excitement as she ran towards him.

~ End of point of view~

“Ha ha! Viv-chan I can’t believe it’s you!” Lee exclaimed in complete happiness, hugging Viv. Then noticing tears on Viv’s checks he asked concerned, “Viv-chan, why were you crying?”
Viv kind of stumbling away from him, whipped away her tears and chuckled a little as she replied, “Oh nothing really…”
Lee still concerned about it just kind of looked at her, but didn’t say anything else. Silence filled the room.
“Hey, let’s go let the others know your back.” Lee said with a fake kind of happiness in his voice and smile on his face.
“Ok,” Viv said as she then slipped past him, “race you!”
Taken by surprise he stood there for a second or two, then shaking his head he smiled and took of running.
