Ahhh, I know it's sideways but I couldn't rotate it on my laptop. -_- Oh well. Anyway, I drew this a few years ago as well. Basically it's of Itachi in a kimono-ish thing... I wanted to draw him in a formal-like outfit without getting too modern so I drew him with the mindset of him sitting in a tea house. I rather like it.
