Celebrating the 0.1b04 Release of my Modpack Royal Equines: Petrified Magic for Minecraft Java Edition 1.18.2 on the Forge Modloader, I'm uploading the Splash screen images I've been drawing for that new version!
I've got more splash versions planned, but will tend to them once the pack is more stable in its mods relations. Still working like crazy on it.
SWEM released for 1.18.2 today/yesterday so I am preparing the next large update already.

Art-wise I had a blast drawing these initial four! I never really tried pixel art so far so drawing grass blades and petals/leaves was so much fun! I've loved Minecraft since many years now and finally being able to contribute somewhat to the community and being a part of it, fills me with bubbling joy. I am making so many amazing friends out there.
Kudos to all those mod devs who helped me out and keep dropping amazing updates. It's a pleasure I can help out by reporting bugs, suggesting ideas and recently I also started to... try my best at modding myself. I am not good at it yet, I can just mimic others, most of the time. We'll get there.

Got any cute ideas for future splash screens? Let me know in the comments! I'll be listening and maybe also considering to add some of your suggestions! Depending on whether it fits the pack, of course.
Either way, hope this makes everybody in here smile as well, I haven't uploaded much art recently because of this side project. Plus Gamedev on my own major project.
(I think we might agree that presenting greyscale textures and normalmaps is... not so interesting on an art website, right?)
