Great use of the pen scribbles! Gives a little.... oh, what's the word...oh whatever, it just gives it the perfect touch! XD;
And the colours on the background too! It gives that warmth, but not full warmth, because everything else seems cold and empty.
And I rather like the lightbulb and the mouth! The girl has a sort of 'sway' about her by how she's standing. And I also love her eyes!
And she's soo shiiineeey!! XD It sometimes looks like she's got snow on her! Which would probably fit because of her winter outfit! XD
