I was always afraid of drawing from myself. it was kinda mystical fear... but I've drawn a self-portrait finally
. and I like it! my friends say it is very beautiful and alike me very much

seriously though, the hair is very nice, and i'm a real sucker for lots of tonal value, makes the drawing stand out and come to life, and the eyes, wow, the eyes, do you need me to go on?.

You are beautiful.
Once again you used a black background so that you could have the viewer directed to your face. That really is a smart thecnique. Also I think it helps you in not to over shadow the face in case you had a lighter background. Oh and I LOVE the hair!

Wow, this is absolutely beautiful! I love how you drew the hair and the continuous tone shading on the face. It's very smooth and consistent.
I have never seen photos of you but I suspect this is a very good likeness of yourself. I can never draw myself right, whenever I try it always ends up looking really weird.
