I forgot to add, I also like the edge of the doorway juuuust barely on the left. More symbolism. (Who walked out that door? Where does the door lead?) Wonderful, wonderful layers of meaning in here!

This is fβng fantastic. The composition is compelling, and thoroughly evocative of despair. The inclusion of the light switch, which usually would be a distraction, only adds to the scene. Symbolism. On or off. Light or darkness. The flick of a switchβ¦.sudden change.
I love it.
