Dust Devil's older brother, another Dumbbell x Dash child

When he was younger, he flew straight into a storm to save his younger brother
and was highly praised for it - and in the process, forever overshadowing Dust Devil.

He takes his flying very seriously, though he isn't the best brother, since although he saved Dusty, he doesn't hold
too much affection for him now that he's skipping flight training to hang out with Rubinola
