Wow. Just... wow.
This took me six hours to make. Oh my god. |D I can't believe I actually finished it though! And I'm so proud of how it came out! C:
Feelin' accomplished, wooo.
So, here's Cut again, perched on a rooftop. And a beautiful Irken city at night in the background. I swear, the background took longer than drawing Cut. Dx
I'm at a loss for words right now, I'm so dang tired after making this.
Glow effect is fun.
I mostly listened to "Fully Alive" while drawing Cut, but I also listened to the rock version of Britney Spears' "Gimme More"... [link] It's actually pretty good. x)
And I listened to Alphaverb songs while drawing the neon-y background. c:
My favorite part of this picture is the mini voot-cruiser flying in the background, and the "Poop" advertising billboard. xD

I use Paint Tool SAI, and there's an Air Brush tool that gives off that effect when you use it on things. 0: A lot of programs have the Air Brush tool, so it's not just Paint Tool SAI.
