I've been waiting ages to get a chance to draw Primarina, finally we get a graceful design for a water starter final evolution!! Its bizarre to me that up until now (with the exception of Greninja) have all been big heavy things about as graceful as a brick, and I'm so glad that Primarina is how I've always wanted a water starter evo to be!! Also, I've decided to start shading my art again, which is probably still not fantastic, but I'm at least better than I used to be. That said, if anyone can give me some shading critique, I would greatly appreciate it. Also I enjoyed working with a more fancy perspective and pose with this picture!!
