YAY MORE PCA!!! 8D this is the first of a new series I'm doing, literally Pokémon from my SoulSilver game!

Starlight and Starshine are the result of when the in-game Radio told me Ralts were swarming, being a lover of Ralts and its evolutions, I had to catch a pair XD I worked pretty hard on both of them, EV Training as well as finding the right attacks and such, now they're possibly my strongest Pokemon for use in Single Player on Pokemon Battle Revolution (lv 30 max)

Their PCA Biographies (note PCA is a sort of Pokémon-meets-high-school-drama where the teachers and teenagers are all Pokemorphs, or Pokemon/humans, as with these two)

Species: Gardevoir 'morph
Type: Psychic
Gender: Female
Nature: Lax
Ability: Trace-Starshine is very observant, and by watching her opponents can mimic their abilities perfectly.
Age: 18
EV Trained in: Special Attack

Attack techniques:

Charge Beam-using her study of the electrical element, Starshine can focus her psychic energy into electrical energy and fire it at her opponents, this attack may raise Starshine's Special Attack stat.

Confusion-Not yet having enough experience to learn to use Psychic, this attack allows Starshine to pick up objects and people and throw them away from her telekinetically. This attack may confuse weaker-minded opponents.

Calm Mind-Starshine uses her wide knowledge of Psychic Energy to increase the power of all her other attacks as well as make her more defensive against attacks used against her.

Magical Leaf-Using the power of nature mixed with her own innate Psychic power, Starshine shoots leaves controlled by telekinesis at her opponents. Starshine is an expert marksman with this attack that cannot possibly miss.

Biography: Starshine is somewhat of a model pupil, though she often ends up arriving late to the PCA due to oversleeping (her nature is lax). She is very observant and learns very quickly. For her age she has a very wide knowledge of the Psychic element as well as having studied electricity and nature and added them to her list of powers. She is quite friendly, but values her knowledge and abilities more than her friends, she has no tolerance for people who annoy her, like Starlight.

Ability: Synchronize-When Starlight is inflicted with a status ailment, he uses his limited knowledge of psychic energy to reflect it onto his opponent, this even works if Starlight is put to sleep
Age: 16
EV Trained in: Attack

Attack Techniques:

Night Slash-Starlight uses his devious and cunning nature to power a slash from his arm-blade with dark energy, Starlight has great accuracy with this attack and can sometimes attack critical areas on his opponent for double the damage

Swords Dance-Starlight performs a dance involving slashing his arm-blades which raises his own morale, and concequently increase his attacking power considerably.

Double Team-Starlight can use his Psychic energy to create the illusion of multiplying himself, the clone will look exactly like Starlight, and the opponent may attack it instead, at which it will vanish. Starlight can then take advantage.

Drain Punch-Starlight slams his fist into the opponent, and through Psychic energy drain the opponent's life energy, which is then added to his own, restoring his health.

Biography: Starlight is quite the opposite of Starshine despite the two of them once being the same species of Pokemon, he is sneaky and devious, often manipulating others to forward his own goals. He is very active, and is quite a force to be reckoned with when it comes to his physical attacks. He is also very disobedient in class, and spends most of his time playing truant, unless its battle class, in which he performs to the best of his ability. He is also somewhat of a lady stalker, particularly to Starshine, and follows her around a lot outside class, much to her annoyance.
