This is Cell from DBZ which is one of the three BOSS of this manga. He is the most handsome BOSS in DBZ, but i still prefer BOO.
Cell has the gene from GOKU, and therefore it can become Super Saiyan too. In this scene, he becomes SS2 and killed Trunks. It was an impressive moment.
He claims that he is able to destroy the solar system in this moment(but i do believe that is just bragging).

this was a birthday gift to my best friend. He says Cell is his favourite character in dbz. However this one has a little problem which is that the lines on the head are not neat enough. I wish nobody finds out this.....

Cell is very cool guy, he looks much better after eating Android 17&18. My deduction is that both these 2 Android are beautiful, so cell becomes more beautiful as he eats 2 Android.
