Hii I was reading your tutorial for this dress and I was wondering what kind of petticoat you used to make it puff out? It has some sort of ring at the bottom right? I've seen it on tons of cosplays

I used a hoopskirt (which you can find for relatively cheap on e-bay. Making your own is expensive so I ended up buying one for around $23). Petticoats don't have any boning in them, however, one can wear a petticoat over a hoopskirt
