She's technically dressed as Cantarella Miku but it doubles as her dress for daughter of green form the story of evil saga as well.

Ah yes, you can't see it in this picture but the entire bottom part of the dress is green xD and there are accent green colors all over it as well (like the bows and the rose drawn on the back of her top). I'll post a picture of her full costume up soon so you'll have a chance to see it better then.
