Description I finally got around to making my horns for my vriska cosplay and I also made some karkat and Terezi ones as well. I love how nicely they fit on my scalemates head!!! His name is Mysaeka btw xD

first off ; cute scalemate. plus the karkat and terezi horns are better than anything i have ever done so far. i might as well get onto the main focus of this picture though ; vriska's horns. the measurements look good (as in the horns actually being the same length before the hook and claw) and most people i see do vriska's horns tend to mix up the order of the horns, so great job on that! however, i do think that you could have made the ends of her horns sharper and not as nubby, but that really is no big deal. you may have gone a little too heavy on the glue because it is very visible, and i suspect it might be when you put them on a wig, but that's nothing either. all in all one of the best pairs of horns i've ever seen ! good luck in your cosplay endeavors and keep on doing what you're doing !

Thanks! And I totally agree with the glue, my horns turned out heavier then expected and I was afraid they wouldn't stick lol. Maybe I can paint the glue to match the base of the horns?

did you use a tin foil base or just clay? o:
and they are pretty good horns don't worry !
i personally would anchor them down so theres no glue mess
but i don't think its bad
i wouldn't paint it for the sake of it maybe looking a little messy so.

They are solid clay so they probably weigh a good 2lbs or more lol. But yea I think I'm gonna sand a bit of it off and repaint the rest!

What material did you use and how did you attach it to that headband? *^*

Its Crayola Modeling clay which is really heavy so you can't make the horns to big, this pair is attached via glue but the better method is to use screws and anchors. There is a tutorial for it somewhere.
