My Steven Univers oc I made last year when the show first came out. I did some changes to her design and weapons. Also, I think its best I give her a new backstory as well.Tali is part human and part gem like Steven. Only difference is that somehow she can control her gem powers more easily than Steven. She was raised by her mom for as long as she can remember. Her father was a gem by the name of Tsavorite Garnet, who Garnet knew like a close brother. Her mother has taken care of her ever since. Tali came to Beach City so that she could follow in her father's footsteps and learn how to use her powers. Embedded into her hands are the two gems that used to belong to Tali's father. With them, she can summon two Chakrams. She also has some control over plants. Tali is about a year and a half older than Steven, but they get along great. Steven keeps referring her as his cousin because of them both being semi-gems. Garnet tends to treat her like she's her niece due to her relation with Tali's father.
She has a bond with a Gem known as Citrine
She's friends with another half gem like her who goes by the name of Nomi
Talomi (Tali x Nomi fusion)
A human/gem named Luzi who she likes a lot

It's not the fact that she's half human because people can make good OCs with that angle. I just think maybe you should change it so that the mom was the gem since it's pretty much canon that all gems are female. And also maybe you should only have her have one gem since only fusions have more than one gem. That's just my opinion. I really do love the design and weapons, though.

but I have no weapon ideas. I can easily design the gemsona since I have been told I am good at designing. But it is the weapon idea that is giving me trouble. Got any suggestions?

I am still planning on her at the moment but I only know her gem will be Benitoite. Which is a blue gem and can be Blue-white under UV light. They are rare gems.

Hmmm… Here's an idea, you could give her some kind of chain-like weapon with two different blades on each end. She could use one end to ensnare enimes, then pull them to her so she can use the other blade to attack.

Well… I thought about that. And no. Tsavorite's gem used to be one. But when he sacrificed himself, his gem split in two. And then the two gems just fused to Tali's hands.
