Back in May, I was playing the Main Page Refresh Game/dA Drinking Game when one of the new updates was ~Gambit13 's submission for a doll/pixel art open collab picture ~AyaWuzHere had started, with a Monster/Creepy thing theme. This would not usually be my cup of tea—I haven't done pixel art in years, and I was never very into it (or very good) when I did do it—but for some reason it just grabbed my attention and held on. Every few weeks since then, I've gone back to that original collab deviation and tried to decide what I would do, if I was going to do it.

Nothing really caught my fancy until two nights ago, when I caught my reflection in the bathroom mirror shortly after waking up, and my hair had gnarled itself into a weird snake-like mess. Then it went from Medusa to (slightly more accurately-termed) gorgon to weird gorgon/naga/sea witch hybrid. Hey, it works. It's a naga... but with bonus stats!

Coming up with appropriate naga clothing is hard :<

Photoshop~ and about fourteen straight hours of getting anal with scaling until I gave up and got abstract about it and it got like seventeen times better, lol.
