Description WOO IT'S KARU!! I haven't drawn her properly in so long! Anyways, drew this today testing out the thick line approach, and I have to say, it's worth the long time. I drew this after deciding to use an old piece of artwork, you my pencil drawing "The Rose" or with a similar title (can't remember >.<.

ANYWAYS, it's a teaser for a storyline I've got brewing in my head. When will that happen? I have no idea, but I think I'm going to wait after Saki-chan gets through with "The Reason" first.

Man, I wish my ears would stop bleeding. Seriously. You'd think that not taking out those starter earrings for twice as long as recommended would have the holes completely healed, but NOOOOOOOOOOOOO! My ears are going to bleed while I wear my handmade dangly earrings! If I could, I'd chew you ears! *tries to gnaw at side of face but fails*

Oh look at you and your improvements!

As everyone else said the lines are very purdy, the soft coloring lets the viewer focus more on them too. I don't know if you intended to make it like that or not but either way it worked out nicely.

Argh I hate it when ears are being stupid, I kept having to repierce mine anytime I left out my earrings for more then a few days and eventually gave up.

Btw is your storyline going to be open to everyone?

I didn't really intend it that way. Just wanted to try a new way of doing the lineart, and I wanted to use soft colors. So... It's pretty. XD

I decided to just leave in some studs and let them heal. And then once it's prom night, I'll go tear them up with my dangly earrings! XD

Sure, at least to everyone Karu knows. I'm not sure about newer people, but certainly, if Karu's met them before, it'll be fine to participate.

The rippling of the hair around her shoulders is gorgeous, and the lines are all smooth and pretty, and your shading is subtly beautiful! It's so awesome! The lines are so clean and awesome!

*big smile* Thank you! And thanks for the ! I drew the lines, and as I did it, I would add on to the lines and make them thicker. It took me forever to figure it out, and I felt so stupid when I did. XD

The colors came out really well because of the paper, I think. If it had been regular computer paper, I think the colors would be more harsh, but my sketchbook paper is thick and textured, so it's workable! Yay sketchbook! XD
