I think this level of noise is acceptable, it's similar to analog photography imo.
maybe next image i'll "cook" few hours longer to decrease noise.

yeah, several hours and only a bit less noise that's the beauty of rendering 3d scenes

It's a dark fantasy, and I think it's a really nicely made film. Nei Gaiman and Dave McKean (Sandman) created it!
