I really like the color tone of your macro shots. So simple and clean and it helps the main motif pop in every photo.
I have like a million ladybug macros in my fav folder, but this is one of my favorites for sure. It has the right amount of crispness versus the softness of the background.
You can really see the little bug strive to climb upwards along the straw, you can sense that there is movement even tho it is a still shot. And the crop is so right for me! Even tho this shot isn't the most unique or unusual, it really stands out in my eyes. So, good work!

David Bailey says that we must not forget that the whole frame is the subject in a photo. Too often we are asked to ignore some element here or there and just look at 1 part of the picture. In this the whole works drawing the eye to the wonderfully focused ladybird.
