Part 1 here: [link]So after they took the first in-formal photo, the Vice Captains proceeded and took a formal photo.
Possibly used for some official database or materials in the Soul Society.
Photographer: "Guys, no smiles, serious, stare at the camera!"
After 20 tries....
Photographer: "Damn it. I'll just take this!"
In their mind probably:
Iba: Dang, its sure squeezy standing beside Ōmaeda!
Ōmaeda: Whoa, I'm sure i look great in the photo!
Ikkaku (Outside the frame holding a candy waving at Yachiru): Look here! Look here!
And noticed Chōjirō and Nemu hasn't moved since the last photo... They are probably tired...

@ least he should be happy he's not totally invisible to us. i think because he doesn't get enough attention that in the anime, his zanpukuto rebelled during the zanpukuto rebellion filler arc
