Sorry for taking so long, I've been busy with start of new semester and only now I have the chance to write this.
To be brutally honest, I kinda expected more than this. I think you can do better than this.
On overall view, I wouldn't comment on the BG, but Naluri's whole figure does not impress me enough. The lack of facial expression is okay this time because it works well with ecchi theme. Her face looks flat and her hair seems pale in comparison towards the overall high light intensity colouring of the whole body.
Towards her body suit, I have to ask whether did you thought of the material of the fabric? Because to me, the shininess of the suit makes it looks really weird as in it looks like cheap cosplay fabric rather the one military-issued suit I visioned Naluri would wear. Your attempt on folds is respectable but for me, it does not compensate the flaw in other part, as in, I'm telling you to prioritize the other aspect that you're weak at, in this case, the colouring of the suit and how her face, hair, body shape, pose, and costume sync with each other.
And the nipple, I guess I have to give a star for brave attempt but it can be better, you gonna need some reference and training here.
After quite some experience judging ecchi-themed pictures, I have to say that this(and her pose) is not alluring and erotic enough. But you did right on making her looking at the viewer, that alone is high mark actually.
And lastly, I think you should just lose the pedobear...
This is a suggestion, forget about background for a while and try more pose and actions on plain white back ground(or simple bg).
And forgive me if I'm being harsh or ambiguous(ask me more if you need to), I'm having a headache right now.

ok the main problem in this pic only lack of perspective view, the good art is actually playing around with perspective, not axonometric which is only for technical drawings... my bad....
even the dull colour if use in better view can be a good art sometime....
