Name: Aumakua
Age: young adult
Gender: Male
Tribe: Hidden
Personality: Very curious and inquisitive. Also very loyal to his owner and tribe and is strong willed, driven by his loyalty and love for helping his tribe and owner.
Back-story: Actually born in the jungles of Brazil due to captors trying to transport and sell his parents, his mother escaped while traveling through Brazil and escaped into the jungle to avoid capture. She found a cave in the jungle, and gave birth to Aumakua. With Aumakua safe in the depths of the cave, she snuck of to Rio de Jainero to try and get a hold of a GPS system to try and get back to her home and tribe, in the Patagonian Desert of Argentina. After waiting three long days, Aumakua's mother finally came back with a sack full of cell phones, GPSs, and walkie-talkies, as well as a baby boar for food. Thrilled with her find, immeadiatly after feeding her dear Aumakua she dove into her electronics.
Aumakua watched his mother indulge in the technology, and was in awe with her skill and manipulation of the technology. For weeks, she worked on building two collars and finally, her work was done. Aumakua's mother managed to build two collar for her and her son, and slipped them onto their necks. By flicking her ears forward, back forward back, a holographic globe emerged from her collar, as big as Aumakua and spinning. It was amazing and beutiful to Aumakua. He did the same and his globe appeared as well. His mother zommed in to argentina and pinpointed their home, tapping the location twice and doing the same motion with her ears. The collar glowed green and beeped, meaning the collar was locked into location. He could feel a slight pull to the left and stood up to follow the pull. The mother set her collar and followed her son.

Mother and Aumakua began to trek through the jungle, and Aumakua was having a blast. But about a week into their trek across the jungle, Aumakua began dying. The humidity was over heating his body temperature, and they needed to cool off fast. His mother immediately took Aumakua onto her back and set her gps for the nearest body of water. Within an hour she found a small waterfall and carefully dropped Aumakua into the shallow end of the waterfall's pool. Aumakua felt much better, and Mother decided to take her first swim with her son and take a break from traveling.

Suddenly, Aumakua did not see his mother anymore. One moment they were playing in the waterfall, and five minutes later he realized he could not hear her splashing or swimming. He swam to the middle of the pool and all was quite. Something inside him scremed RUN and so he lept out of the pool and turned back looking for some sign of his mother in the small pool. He heard something rising to the surface and stood silent and carefully, listening for paddling. He heard growls and jaws opening, and realized this was an alligator, with the stench of blood all over him. He stood shocked, and couldnt put two and two together: The alligator turned up but his mother hadnt. She is gone.

Horrified and unable to make up his mind, he followed the pull of the collar all the way to the desert pinpointed on his gps. Once he arrived to the desolate location and saw no one, he let out a long shriek and collapsed on the desert floor.

The Hidden tribe found him and took him to their underground metropolis of technology. They found his body a bit odd to be a hidden tribe breed: his markings seemed more tribal than digital and the ends of his legs were feathered. But his legs were thin, ideal for running, and he was indeed cold blooded. They saw the collar around his neck and were immeadiatly distracted. They removed the collar and researched the device.

With no mother left to love, he developed a sense of loyalty and conviction to protect his tribe. Though he was a bit distant with the tribe at first, the tribe helped comfort him and showed them their world (which took him some getting used to) but he eventually warmed up to the tribe and learned to love them all.

Aumakua secretly loves the jungle at heart, but has learned to love his home in the desert just as much, and thanks to his mother, his tribe has a gps collar to help treck through the desert and find lost or stray members.
