"The Eye of Harmony" is created by "The Hand of Omega"... a device that was also capable of deconstructing matter at the atomic level, and could be used to destroy whole star systems...
The Eye was used to power Gallifrey, the Home planet of the time lords.
I kinda fell in love with the term a while back, and it just seemed so perfect for this style piece <3

Hey, unfortunately no... I don't think I would teach ppl how to make these. I have considered making tutorials on how to do simple things like rings and dread coils... But nothing as elaborate as this... You could buy one and take it apart tho
