I just recently got the lease put in my name and I'm just going through the arduous process of collecting peoples' rent and deposit money and putting utilities and stuff in my name. The whole thing is so strenuous and I find myself wishing I could just nap most of the time.

Nah, I'm just a tenant, but since the primary lease holder, I'm responsible for making sure everyone pays their rent to the landlord on time.
