My sketchy take on Aeon Flux - started with a face based off of the beautiful Dajo42 - Don't think I really did her justice, cause then I had to try to like add on all the weird angles of Aeon's face, from the cartoon which uh... Don't google the cartoon unless you're in a NSFW area. TBH the cartoon baffles me... I never hear anybody talk about it IRL, and I tried to do some research on it once and the plot line (lines? alternate parallel universes???) were literally everywhere. She dies in each episode. What. Then I tried watching and it kind of made me seasick - the angles are crazy. It's interesting as an animation but - WHY WOULD A SUPERSPY WEAR A THONG. NO COMPREHENDO. SO why did I draw her if I'm not such a fan of the show? Cause the movie! I really really really loved the movie a lot - it resolved show (finally), gave her a an AWESOME costume, and Charlize didn't even look like a holocaust victim! (that's a joke - again, if you google or watch the cartoon, she is almost literally a skeleton with skin.) Not sure how the cartoon ever got made into a movie, but I'm glad it did~! Seriously, I loved it. But I thought I'd try to draw her off the cartoon and I saw Dajo on tumblr and I was like I have my muse. I don't know if it really looks like her anymore cause, again, I tried to add all the weird angles of the cartoon on too - but it's the thought that counts. The same thought that applies to the leather attempt I did. Hehheehhhhh I tried.
