Ok, from now on, it's just me talking about the comic - feel free to skip, especially if it makes you more inclined to check out my art ^^'

Well. I must explain myself. I love to draw. I'm not as good at it as I would like to be, but I am constantly improving. I also love to make up stories, and daydream about writing (I guess I don't have the self-discipline to actually do it though). Maybe a few months ago, I discovered this amazing thing called WEBCOMICS, and have been obsessed ever since. And I suppose I just naturally made the jump for myself from reader to author. Started daydreaming about that too. However, I could never decide what to draw/write about or how to start - plus, I didn't think I was "good enough".

So I came up with this weird little idea for a comic which is sort of improvised - and I made up the, er, "skeleton crew" cast, for beginners. Someday, I hope to make some very impressive comics that will have lots of fans and make me money. Right now, however, I will be using this comic as PRACTICE. I need to practice everything - character continuity, dynamic poses, movement, coloring, shading (you might notice this is nonexistent), writing... yeah, everything. And this will be the way to do it.

I plan on setting myself some sort of deadline for the pages, so I don't procrastinate, but I haven't come up with a good schedule yet. I'll do that later. ... wait, did I just say that?

SO, I hope this was at least vaguely amusing to you - that was kind of the point. I hope you want to see more, as well - making comics is no fun if there aren't readers.

Also, I would like to announce that this was my first time inking, EVER. I may never not ink again. It's so beautiful! *sobs*
