Imagining them having to dig that all out by shovel and pick. They had no real excavators, it seems, back then.
It would have been interesting to whether they found anything archaeological by coincidence, or palaeontology relevant things. Early dwellers, that like.
The close up shows the whole picture was made up with dots of various colour intensity, must have been the print style, I gather.
