Do you do this on SAI? Photoshop? Or anthing I don't ever hear of? This is so cool! What brushes did you use? How did you make the bubbles? Was this made on many layers? Do you use tablet? This is so Awesome! So sorry for the ridiculous questions.....

I'm concerned she doesn't seem to realize that she's drowning...or maybe she's immune?
I like how you used soft colors and brush strokes for this. It gives more of a dreamlike feel to this. And I really like how you did the bubbles underwater, and not make perfect circles like I did in the past (LOL)
