Color phase.This serves two purposes. One: A (late) birthday gift for Namie-kun , whose artwork of Rosa/Mei inspired this piece, and Two: An excuse for me to prematurely announce that, yes, ladies and gentlemen, there is indeed a Pokemon World Summer 2015 coming this June...sort of. You'll see what I mean soon!
