Well, maybe a bit better than the three male 'hogs. Β I think she had a higher jump underwater in the Advance games, if I'm not mistaken. Β Still, Sonic has the infinite double jump in Colors, and I don't think she can top that. Β Sorry, I just like to gush over how the underwater portions of Colors are actually pretty fun.
