hey man this is really cool! The only thing i can think of that could help (and i dont know if its intentional) but the sphere's separated pieces look flat instead of rounded, corners imo shouldn't be there

really nice. I like the different types of blue you have used, they complement each other very well. I like the texture, however I believe it would look better if you could see some light blue glow through the cracks.
The top and bottom sphere segment's also looks a little odd. They have a flat edge that doesn't match the curve of the rest of the sphere.

Nice work, but it still looks like Xbox logo, it is a derivative, the copyright law is strict on it, they may sue you soon
My suggestion would be to use it for showcasing your skills and not as your or somebody else logo.
