Description
This skin ends the retroactive of my work on Deviant Art. I hope everyone has thoroughly enjoyed my daily skins here.This being a retroactive, it makes this skin my first. Luxor Amp was made by me 2 years ago to simulate Ancient egyptian wall design. Of main interest are the EQ Hieroglyphic columns, whose glyphs will change as you adjust them. I have never worked in such a detailed way on an EQ since!
I realize its not my best skin, but this was the beginning that set me down a path of skinning themes of antiquity - Caesar, Japan, and India.
I don't know when I will have enough time to make another; what I have posted in the last week is the sum of my 2 years of W2 skinning. It takes me 2 months on average to complete one- quite an invesestment, but I demand a high level of detail and quality in every work.

This is interesting. I've been toying with the idea of doing an Egyptian themed WindowBlinds skin but found it hard to get inspiration. If I actualy get around to doing one can I use some of the graphics from this skin, and can I also ask where you got some of the source material from (e.g. the picture in the browser window)?

Ahha, pretty darn cool skins you have here. I like the idea of choosing some historical/culturical topic on them. It´s interesting to see all the details and topics you´ve got there. Brilliant work!
