Some people are just built different.

Alan was an oddity. Some people were rather surprised at his ability to avoid Lilian for so long, despite his rather blatant vampire fetish. Somehow even managing to evade Lilian at the Halloween party from last year. Surprisingly, it wasn’t through skill or careful planning, it was through dumb luck. And today, that luck was about to run out. A few people who were tired of him being able to evade Lilian for so long, and also not being a sexy vampire girl (mostly the latter) sabotaged his locker where they were aware that he kept several pin-ups of vampire women, which prompted Lilian to chant her magic words, which caused Alan to black out.

Luna was an oddity. Her gothic attire and tendency towards night classes made everyone think that she was a vampire. She was, actually. She absolutely loved the taste of blood and the thrill of racing against sunrise. Alan, surprisingly, was actually pretty cool with the situation. Luna thankfully only went for the local criminal activity in the area, and was generally a decent person outside of the acquired taste of blood they both had gotten. And in his opinion, when you’ve seen one sunrise, you’ve seen them all.
