I think Frankie's the only one who would (100% be certain) tase him. While I have no doubt that Margaret and Ms. Bellum would tase him as well, I also believe that Margaret would call Mordecai and Rigby to do some Death Kwan Do on Johnny, while Ms. Bellum would either send him to jail or call the Powerpuff Girls to beat him up (and considering Johnny looks a little bit like Major Man, the girls would be ALL too happy to oblige). I don't know much about Princess Bubblegum (maybe she'll call Finn and Jake and have them do to Johnny what they normally do to the Ice King [season 1 era I think, I don't know; I don't follow that show]). As for Pearl; she'll take matters into her own hands (and being Pearl, she'll be curt and polite yet extremely condescending while doing so) by non-fatally attempting to stab him with her spear.
