It’s summer again in Neo Green. It’s been over six years since the whole Attamist epic.
Things where back to normal in little over a year. I, Xavier Mukizer, along with my wife Mezzo Mukizer have settled down, had one child, a Girl. Sonic and Amy have tied the knot. And Tails seems to have his eye on one of the local girls in town… Who knows how that might turn out? As for me,  I’ve taken up a job at a team leader for one of the teams down at The Sonic Heros Special Operations Teams Head Quarters, Otherwise known as T.S.H.S.O.T. TeamJamset, One of the top ranking teams in the whole Region. I, and Monty, a friend I made along my travels with Sonic, and Attamist. Yeah, I’m friends with Attamist, the guy that killed me over six years ago, make up TeamJamset. It seems that Attamist was a pretty normal guy… Until he had his mind taken over. I befriended him when I meet him in a area called Oakly. He thanked me for saving him, and also asked me to forgive him for all the trouble he caused. Everyone was very… How would I say this… Not very trusting of him. But when they got to know him, they got over it… He is a real kids person, more than I am… Also he is a former father of three kids… He wouldn’t tell me what happened to them, or his wife. But I really don’t stress him on the subject. Well, that’s all the info on what’s been up around here, Catch ya later…

*-_ Xavier And Mezzo’s House 1:24 PM _-*
A gentle summer breeze snakes it’s way through the open window and around the room. Xavier lay asleep on his side of the bed, the covers where mingled and twisted around one of his feet, as a tiny trail of drool ran down his muzzle. Mezzo was already awake in the kitchen making herself something to eat. When Juile, 5 year old daughter of Xavier and Mezzo ran into her parents bedroom. “Wake up daddy! It’s your turn to take me to the park today!” she said with excitement. She shoved Xavier a few times, before giving him a nicely aim body slam to the stomach. “OOF!, I’m up! I’m up!” Xavier said as he sat up and wiped the sleep from his eyes. Juile had Xavier fur and eyes, but Mezzo’s charm and personality. Juile grabbed Xavier by his hand and led him into the kitchen where Mezzo was quietly eating waffles, a cup of iced tea was next to her plate. “Good morning, did you sleep well?” She asked Xavier when she finished.  “Yeah, until Juile gave me a body slam…” Xavier replies. Xavier grabs a cup and pours Juile some iced tea. Juile was already dressed, awaiting the time to go outside and play with all the local kids at Central Park. “I’m going to get ready, and then we’ll go to the park, ok?” Xavier told Juile. “Yay!!!” she replies. Xavier walked out of the kitchen, and back into his room. He grabbed some fresh clothes and his blue towel and walked into the bathroom.

I’ve been at central park for a good hour now, ya know. Just enjoying the awesome summer days. I spot Xavier and his little girl Juile walking up to the playground. She runs off to play with the rest of the kids and he sits under a tree nearby. Since I had nothing else to do, I thought a little chat wouldn’t hurt. So I zipped over to him, gave him the normal “Yo Xev! What’s Kicking my man?” greeting. “Nothing much, just watching Juile play with the others.” He replies. He never really seems to be doing much of anything. Which is kind of funny, since he is always so busy now and days… But ya know what? It’s cool. Outta the corner of my eye, I catch Tails, entering the park with that other local chick. She’s a two tailed fox also, so Tails thought he should give it a shot. Things between those two have gone from, being shy near each other to down right shameless. Everyone can tell they both like each other, But they denied all the claims, with “We’re just friends… that’s all…” I’m not really buying it thought, nether is everyone else. They were chatting away, maybe about some crazy idea or something. I wouldn’t know… when Monty, Xavier’s teammate and close friend drops outta from the tree and lands in front of us. “Xev, what’s good man? You seem WAY more relaxed, now that the team as earned a vacation.” He said “I know, this is something I needed really bad. I’m sore though, from all the working…” He replied with a smile. Monty flicked his wrist a little and a small gust of razor sharp wind cut an apple off the branch above me. It landed square on my head. I of course, flinched hard as hell, cause I was caught off guard. We all laughed, and had a nice little chat about the game last night. Seems like they didn’t like the fact that I won the soccer game… I’m good, what can I say…

*-_ On The Way Back To Xaiver’s house 5:30 P.M. _-*
It was time for Xavier and Juile to go back home for dinner, Along the way they played Ispy. “I spy with my little eye, something that is blue…” Juile said. “Um, the sky?” Xavier replies. “No, try again…” she answered. “Is it… Me?” He said with a smile. “Yes! It’s you!” She laughed. They both laughed and continued to walk, Juile greeted everyone she knew, and she even got a sticker from Amy. Who they met when they went past the market. When they arrived at home, Attamist was sitting on the couch, watching T.V. “Attamist!” Juile shouted as she ran and hopped onto his lap. “Did you bring me some candy?!” She asked him. “No, no candy today, sorry Juile” He replied. Juile hopped off Attamist’s lap and ran into her room to change. Mezzo walked in a gave Xavier a kiss. “Did you two have a good time?” she asked Xavier. “Yeah, she really worked herself, I had to carry her most of the way home.” He replied. “So, Attamist. What brings you here?” Xavier asked as he turned towards Attamist, who was watching T.V. “Just stop by to see what’s up…” He replies. Xavier sat beside him, and took the remote from him. Attamist shot him a “What the hell dude…” look then laughed. Xavier changed the channel, then stopped at the A&R channel. Divine Heresy’s Failed Creation was playing. Xavier and Attamist began to mosh in the living room. “Stop moshing on the couch, you two!!!” Mezzo shouted. Xavier and Attamist got off the couch and sat down again, but were still banging their heads to the music. “I would join them though…” Mezzo thought.

*-_ Later that Night 8:30 P.M. _-*

Well, it was Juile’s bedtime. She wanted me to tell her the story of how I saved Neo Green Hills… again. I guess she likes the fact that I’m a hero or something, it’s cute. “Well, six years ago, Attamist came to Neo Green to take everyone away. But I stopped him by making a big explosion and converting him in inside that explosion. Even though I died. I was revived a few days later, by some unknown force. Attamist was sent off to Oakly… The End.” I gave her a good night kiss. And got up and walked towards the door. “You’re the coolest daddy ever…” She said to me before I turned out the lights to her bedroom. It warmed me inside when she said that… I walked into the living room and dropped onto the couch. I let out a sigh, another day is over. I got a whole summer to relax my aching muscles, that’ll do me some good. Mezzo came into the living room and sat beside me, “You feeling better?’ she asked me. “It doesn’t hurt as much as before, I think the swelling is going down. I just need to rest… a lot.” Mezzo laid her head on my shoulder, I ignored the dull pain that started to spill into my body. I poked mindlessly at her head, only because she was poking me in the stomach… After a while we both got our butts off the couch and went to bed.
