This is Jethro Macdonald, the killer in the B-horror movie Slash who is played by the actor Danny Keough. He's really the main character's burned(like Freddy Krueger) Grandfather who managed to survive a barn fire when his grandson caught him draining blood from bodies in the barn and a lantern got knocked over. He dresses up like a scarecrow for a reason I don't remember, but he's still badass in my book. >W<

If you want to watch Slash, good luck finding it. I think it's really cheap on Amazon. It's one of my most favorite low-budget horror movies and yet I still can't find it anywhere but the internet. ;w; I think the closest you'll get to finding information and pictures about this movie on the internet is a script that's somewhere on google and if you go to my account on BloodyDisgusting.com I uploaded a bunch of screenshots from the movie.
