After what took like forever, I managed to finish this Drawing finally!
While trying to practice Shading more, I decided to draw Rei,
since she was one of my favorite Neptunia Villains together with Kurome.
Drawing Inspired by Episode 11 of the Hyperdimension Neptunia Anime,
using several Screenshots as References.
I apologize, I still can't draw hands, even though I'm working on it, oof.

Yeah the reason I stuck with this name is because
I'm pretty sure we don't have an actual name for her HDD State,
though I could be wrong so it's better to be safe and go with that.
